The Throne of the Emperor dominates the center of the Red Room, there is always a contingent of Imperial Guard present no matter the circumstances. When the Emperor is present the Wrath is usually at his side as well as the Voice, the only member of the Dark Council not on their platform. When the Emperor deigns to speak all in the chamber can hear him clearly despite his often soft if commanding tone.
The Emperor receives all supplicants on his throne.
Fear: To approach the Emperor is to approach Power and the Dark Side personified, the first time anyone approaches the Emperor on his throne they must make a Daunting Fear check with two of the dice upgraded, so two red and two purple.
