Grand Moff Ymir Rolm

Character Profile: Grand Moff Ymir Rolm
Ask anyone and they will tell you that the Sith Empire is a mess of nepotism, corruption, and political infighting. This makes advancement through the ranks of the Sith Imperial Navy nigh impossible for those with those without connections to wealth or powerful Sith but it can be done. There are those that value ability and skill over connections, this is what sets Grand Moff Ymir Rolm, of common birth she enlisted nearly forty years ago in the Imperial Navy and has advanced to the top through determination, grit, and well being the most qualified when the last Grand Moff was executed by the Emperor’s Wrath.
She is a skilled tactician but more importantly she is brilliant at managing the many levers of the Imperial war machine. Her experience is never in doubt and she has served alongside many of the Sith currently on the Dark Council. She knows how to keep her head in a stressful situation and also how to manage Sith, which tends to be the larger part of her job. Sith are a valuable weapon but they are also often awful leaders and many times more dangerous to her own men than the enemy and she recognizes this. It is the great conundrum of the Imperial Armed Forces, there greatest asset is often their own weakness.
Many consider her a pet of Darth Marr, and he does favor her for her ability and past performance but Rolm is strong willed and would never see herself as an extension of someone else’s will. She commands the galaxy’s most powerful fighting force, a position that both makes her respected and also hated. Her subordinates have great loyalty to her and she has earned the respect of the Dark Council since taking her role, focusing on maintaining high readiness for the Empire.
She is a striking figure, tall with brilliant hair, often dyed partially red. She rarely smiles and tends to always look deadly serious. She does not bark orders, she makes commands and expects them to be carried out with precision and haste. She is hard on her people, but only because she knows the Sith will be worse and wants them prepared for dealing with idiots with magic powers; she does not dislike Sith but knows that most are not fit to lead soldiers into battle given their innate selfishness and self destructive attitudes.
A leader that never finds fault in their own actions is a poor leader and this trait is all too common among many Sith, young or old alike. It is a problem she would like to solve but given the state of the Empire is perhaps beyond her ability to fix, but she keeps trying because she believes in the vision of the Empire, she is a patriot at her core.

Dalren Vis

Character Profile: Dalren Vis
Born of meager means to a fallen noble line, Dalren had little but a useless title and ambition. He had no talent for combat but he enlisted in the armed forces for a mandatory tour of duty where he learned that awards don’t always go to the best soldiers but the ones that know the right people and how to appear exemplary in the right moments. His fighting skills were always middling but his leadership, charm, and guile were sharpened.
When he left the military he put his skills of charm and wits to work, establishing himself as a go-to information broker and purveyor of rare goods. He had made many contacts in his military service which allowed him to move gray market goods easily through out the Empire and made him comfortably wealthy and influential. He channeled that wealth into a construction project, the Aurum Dawn. The premier casino hotel resort for the elite of Ziost and the Empire in general, which has given him access to some of the most powerful and influential members of the Empire.
Dalren Vis is personable, and handsome, approaching middle age with grace and ease. He is always in motion and always multitasking, some would call him a workaholic as he rarely stays idle. He wears fashionable clothing, but nothing all that daring or splashy preferring more reserved styles.

Servant Nine

Character Profile: Servant Nine
Chosen from the among the Emperor's Hands, Servant Nine is to oversee the matter of the Dark Councilor Aspirants directly. She is dedicated, loyal unto death, and above reproach. She is trained in the Dark Side, though she does not seem to carry a lightsaber. Imperial Guardsman are never far from her side and her word is final in all matters, unless the Emperor himself deems otherwise.
Her style of dress is similar to other Hands, simple dark robes, eschewing style for simplicity and function.

Master Yuon Par

Character Profile: Master Yuon Par
The Jedi were reluctant to send a delegate to Ziost but eventually the Council decided it as best they send someone to assist and protect the delegation from the corruption of the Sith. The search was long but eventually they settled on Master Yuon Par, a rather talented scholar who spent most of her time in the field chasing down relics. She was set to head for Tython when she was redirected to Ziost.
This is not the assignment she wanted but she is intrigued to see if she can explore some of the historic locations on the planet but she is focused on the task and has a great understanding of the Sith and the dark side, well academically at least. Despite that she is dedicated to the Light and good natured and is at ease with all kinds of people, in fact one of her closest friends and allies is a trandoshan hunter and mercenary who has accompanied her to Ziost.
She only arrived recently so she is still getting acquainted with the assignment, but she tends to clash often with Prince Gaul Panteer, head of the Rpeublic delegation. They are not on the best terms, she feels he should take the matter more seriously and he feels she is just here to keep an eye on him.
As a Jedi she is strong in the Force and trained to fight with the lightsaber though she iss low to draw it and likes to rely on diplomacy and knowledge before violence. She believes in peaceful resolution and is loathe to take a life.

Lana Beniko

Character Profile: Lana Beniko
Having earned her place among the Sith, Lana Beniko continued her service under Darth Xevious as a diplomat of sorts running missions to and from Corellia and also working with Imperial intelligence in the unaligned regions of space having only recently returned from a secret mission on Bankor.
Now she is working at the Embassy on Ziost as the Imperial liaison to the Republic delegation, she has her own office and everything worthy of a Sith. Her role is one of keeping the Republic out of trouble and also monitoring their every movement and communication.
Cool, distant, and confident, Lana has grown into her position and has grown a reputation of being reliable and having a strong connection to the Force especially feeling the flows of it, less in telling the future and more in interpreting powerful events. She eschews any titles and prefers to keep things simple and to the point.
She maintains a permanent residence at the Embassy and an apartment back on Kaas City. Although not much for the social scene, since the Republic delegate head enjoys parties she has improved her wardrobe accordingly.

Prince Gaul Panteer

Character Profile: Prince Gaul Panteer
Born into incredible wealth and privilege, Gaul is a man of high culture and society. Raised to be the next high king of Alderaan he was the hope of House Panteer and all of the high noble houses. Gaul for his part played the role of honored noble son but he never really had much thought to ruling and has been quite the disappointment in his adulthood, and after jilting his betrothed, Duchess Yulastranza Ulgo, he has become the black nerf of House Panteer.
This is partly why he is on Ziost, after his mother highly encouraged he take an assignment far from Alderaan. A form of temporary banishment until the situation with House Ulgo could be resolved without civil strife or even war. So now Prince Gaul Panteer is stuck in the arse end of Imperial space surrounded by nasty pale Sith and stodgy Imperial authorities.
Panteer hates the assignment and makes it plainly obvious that his only purpose here is to party, spend his mother’s money and try and find pretty people to warm his chambers. He leaves the bulk of the actual work to his delegates and the Jedi.

Darth Malgus

Character Profile: Darth Malgus
Malgus is a waiting Eclipse, he does not rise, he simply obfuscates those that are lesser and there a great many in this Empire who are his lesser, Vowrawn has said of the Sith. Malgus is a warrior who has been at many pivotal conflicts including the conquest of Korriban and the siege of Alderaan. His accomplishments are many, and yet curiously have shown no interest in the Dark Council despite having the power to easily be placed among their number. Instead he focuses on what he feels is his destiny, the destruction of the Republic.
His words are never ignored and he has the ear of many Dark Councilors, some as rivals and others as allies, but all see him as a champion of the Empire and a war hero who has earned his various scars. His presence on Ziost has caused a stir and some suspect that maybe the Darth has turned his eye to the Council and if so there are many who would flock to his banner…
Charismatic and devoted to the Dark Side, Malgus is a warrior and general who drills his subordinates and keeps them at peak readiness. He does not frivolously toss their lives away and values their skills, yet he is still ruthless and understands that sacrifices must be made. His soldiers respect that and are willing to give their lives in his service as they know it will be to serve the Empire. His greatest allies among the Dark Council tend to be among the Radical members, and is acceptance of non-human allies rattles many within the Sith hierarchy.
Never far from his side is the slave-mistress, Eleena Daru, and rumors abound that the woman is more than a mere servant, much more. Darth Malgus surrounds himself with competent allies from within and outside the Empire and does not seem to care much for the xenophobia that is rampant amongst the Sith. He is a confidante of Darth Acina as well, and the two have worked together in the past.

Darth Zash

Character Profile: Darth Zash
A powerful outsider and mainstay of high society within the Empire, Darth Zash has recently returned to the public eye after what she calls a time of meditation and learning. Rumrs abound she was in Republic space for a time, but she dismisses such chatter as nonsense and expresses that she was simply in the Yavin system following up on leads from her apprentices.
With the death of Darth Thanaton, she has been much more active at reestablishing her ties to important Sith figures and settling old scores. She maintains her office on Korriban and residences on Dromund Kaas and a luxurious apartment on Ziost, a more recent acquisition to better work with new allies. She has lobbied hard to get into Darth Tayana’s inner circle of social backstabbers, although not completely trusted she has the woman’s ear.
For now she works to catalog several relics from a more recent expedition though she has not been forthcoming on just where she got the relics from. Her presence on Ziost would not be possible without the death of Thanaton and she is taking every opportunity to make allies while her enemies deal with the fallout of the powerful man’s death.
There is a vicious rumor that she has been seen in the company of the Wrath, most consider it fruitless while some say she has formed a relationship with the most dangerous Sith enforcer of the Empire… the truth of the rumors remains to be seen.

Sister Sorrow

Character Profile: Sister Sorrow
High Priestess of the Word of Dread, Sister Sorrow is not a Force User but is well steeped in the teachings of the Dread Masters, an early companion of Darth Hofu she has served him dutifully for nearly a decade. She can anticipate his moods and offers sound counsel when he needs it, she is perhaps one of the few that has such free reign with the man, and yet they are not linked romantically.
She does not speak of her life before she came to serve Darth Hofu, but many suspect she is a slave or some low born foreigner as she lacks an Imperial accent speaks as if Basic is not her first language. She tends to adorn herself in primitive I gaudy looking affectations that strikes a balance between primal nobility and savagery.
She is often found at the Cathedral of Dread and leads the flock in the absence of Darth Hofu and is often responsible for most of the sermons. As an outsider she holds a lot of power and is keen to make others know that they should respect her even if they do not outright fear her.

Character Profile: Lord Thorne
A graduate of the Korriban Academy, graduating alongside many promising Sith of her generation, Lord Thorne did little to distinguish herself after becoming Sith. She served her master for a time before she saw his weakness and cut him down after a battle with an enemy.
She wandered aimlessly across the Empire and beyond and it would have been as such if she did not come upon Darth Hofu in her travels and begin to learn what it truly meant to be Sith. Now she is an Aspirant of Dread, dedicated to the teachings of the Dread Masters and the words of her new Master Darth Hofu.
She serves as his blade, talented in lightsaber combat and bringing fear to her opponent it is her more subtle skills of stealth and working in the shadows that has made Lord Thorne a favored servant of Darth Hofu.

HYDRA

Character Profile: HYDRA
Not much is known about the droid companion of Darth Acina, she found the droid on a mission to Tatooine, or at least that is the story she relates. The droid is a unique model, it appears similar to other protocol droid but has obviously not been wiped in a long time as it has a very domineering personality and seems to take joy in taunting organic creatures with their lack of intellect or understanding.
Darth Acina finds the droid quite useful though as it has advanced slicing skills and combat capabilities which suit her tasks just fine.

Not much is known about the droid companion of Darth Acina, she found the droid on a mission to Tatooine, or at least that is the story she relates. The droid is a unique model, it appears similar to other protocol droid but has obviously not been wiped in a long time as it has a very domineering personality and seems to take joy in taunting organic creatures with their lack of intellect or understanding.
Darth Acina finds the droid quite useful though as it has advanced slicing skills and combat capabilities which suit her tasks just fine.

Dayi Risdol

Character Profile: Dayi Risdol
A mainstay of the Imperial News Network, she is the lead reporter of the Imperial Action News Team, she is on assignment to make sure the people get the proper message about the Dark Council. She is upbeat, good natured, and pleasant to be around.
She is attractive and intelligent, but most importantly she has a good eye for putting the Imperial’s servants in the best light possible. This is her fifth year as the lead anchor and has been with the network for nearly ten years.
She comes from a modest background and rose to her position through effort and merit and takes her role seriously. One of her landmark interviews was an exclusive interview with Darth Baras the Voice of the Emperor, a highly rated hour of news. Her goal this time around is to interview the Aspirants and even score some time with the Emperor, if his office will ever return her calls.
She wears glasses, but they are purely for show, audience testing has shown that glasses make her look more approachable and increase her cute factor. She dresses in stylish if conservative clothing, has a killer smile, and a warm personality. Audience testing also found her shorter hair more endearing, in fact much of her look is audience tested.

Theron Balmung

Hailing from Sikurd, he was ignorant of his birthright for a long time but as he came of age his mother revealed to him that he was of the Balmung lineage, a shattered house with little to no power but a name that was scorned. Although not Force Sensitive himself he was still from a great line descended from a long dead hero of the Sith.
He joined the Imperial Navy and rose through the ranks to the position of Captain commanding his own battle cruiser in the armies of Darth Malgus, positioned as one of the tacticians that advises Darth Malgus directly. He caught wind of some pretender amassing wives and children making a play for his birthright
Theron is handsome, well liked and charismatic but also intelligent and dedicated. He has earned many medals and accolades for his actions in the field and is no stranger to combat, commanding a ship or directly in personal combat.
He has the honor of hosting Darth Malgus aboard his ship, Balmung’s Rise, and is often the gatekeeper to the dark lord for those who seek his favor.

Shae Vizla

Second to Corso Fett, Shae Vizla is a name that many Mandalorians respect and know well. She is a consummate warrior and soldier. Spending much of her life as a mercenary, transitioning to more of a general and official in a nascent Mandalorian society has been a transition.
Her time since Nar Shaddaa has been dealing with the fallout of Bankor, trying to keep the Empire from outright turning Mandalore into a puppet state and making sure she gives Corso Fett sound advice as he works to create this new Mandalorian society. She is on Ziost to observe this new societal change and see what it means for Mandalore and her people, she has no great love for the Empire but no great hate either… about even with the Republic just more open with their contempt.
She seems distracted in her personal moments but outwardly she is fierce, powerful, and intimidating… she does not show fear and is fearless in battle and life in general.

Darth Lachris

Holding command of the Void Sabre, Darth Lachris controls a massive fleet that patrols and secures the system. In lieu of her master, Darth Marr, she acts in his name while he continues to bring the outer regions into line and purge those worlds too far gone with plague and dissent.
Between her ships and those of Darth Malgus the system is secure and peaceful. As a commander she lacks the military poise of the Steel Valkyrie and prefers a more hands on and cruel approach to keeping her subordinates in line. Marr trusts her implicitly as she has served him since she was a fresh Sith out of the Academy and is now a powerful dark lord in her own right.
She has ambition but she did not think it the right time to claim the open seats which has given her some regret as she sees the current aspirants and finds most wanting something that is far beyond their grasp.
As a person Darth Lachris is stylish, cruel but focused, and loyal to the Empire, Marr first of all. She has no qualms betraying others but never her master, time will tell how long that loyalty will last.
