[Lucinia Malveaux]

Lucinia turned with a smile as her familiar friend entered; while Shaisha and Shalzais were proving fine company, she always preferred the comfort of those she knew. "Why Dayana, you made it after all. Come, join us. Facials first!"

The question made Lucinia's smile grow a little more, her lips red and thin. "No small number, I'm sure. And he would do well to do so; if we found him unworthy, than we'd murder him in return." She waved a hand. "It's only fair." Amusement was evident in her voice... but she was probably at least partially serious.

[Shelzais Sek]

"Why only bachelors?" Shelzais asked with a purring chuckle. "If a peeper made it in here, I hardly think his marital state would be the first thing on his mind."

"Better or worse, though," she added, raising a brow at the now-slightly-worried-looking attendants, "this place is too expensive to allow that kind of excitement."

[Lord Tenebrous]

"Ah, I've been found out," she commented with a chuckle in response to being accused of getting into politics, but that topic was shelved for the moment. "Darling Dayana, so good that you could join us - for a moment I was worried."

The least nervous looking attendant stepped forward, as the others were ready at their stations, so to speak. Which were the comfortable chairs for each lady to sit down and lean back in.



"Most esteemed ladies," she curtsied and adressed them in a formal and soft spoken tone. "We'll be starting with the facial treatments as requested. We go through several steps to achieve the best result for a youthful and radiant skin, as well as your relaxtion. First, we will remove your makeup using our most gentle product that does not upset the skin nor contain any harmful ingredients, and after that we will do a double cleanse; first an oil cleanser, and then a foam cleanser, the latter which will be done with a pore brush to stimulate the tissue. Then, a special treatment to detox the skin; saffron-flower infused green tea for the noble purebloods, as it will give a more intense colorisation of your lovely complexions, and a pearl powder infused green tea for the lovely ladies with a paler complexion which will give a smoother finish. After that we will apply a face mask to leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, which is followed by a facial massage. The procedure will then be finished with toner, vitaminized serum, and moisturizer." Having delivered her spiel, the lead attendant gestured to some other women who brought refreshements for the clients; drinks and fruity snacks.

"If there is any question or concern, I will be here on call for you ladies during your stay."

Shaisha in the meantime had already taken her seat, all ready to get seriously pampered!

Shelzais' comment earned a chuckle from Lucinia. "Nor on our minds, one way or another." She murmured. "Well, although I wouldn't care to cross, say, Darth Tayana for a tryst." And not just because her husband was hideous.

Following Shaisha's example, Lucinia slid into a chair. She listened with some amount of academic interest to the various procedures being discussed, but ultimately, it all came down to people rubbing things on her face. Pleasant things, but nevertheless...

Sighing, Lucinia sat back, awaiting her fate.

"I'd rather cross Darth Tayana's husband, if I had to choose," Shel agreed, settling herself languorously into a spa chair.

"That sounds smashing, my dear," she added to the attendant. "This cold weather does dry one's skin out something awful, doesn't it?" She tilted her head back expectantly and closed her eyes.

"I suppose this is the best time to try, if one is so inclined." Lucinia said, still tensely waiting in her chair. "There are two open spots, and it is not so overcrowded." She glanced at Shaisha curiously.

The attendants maintained a polite silence to allow the VIPs to chat and socialise. It was after all a popular place to do such things, so who were they to strike up idle chatter with Sith unless commanded.

Shaisha on the other hand popped a white strawberry in her mouth as the attendants began with removing her makeup.

"Would be nice if I could have both the seats to myself, no? More leg-room that way."

Well, that seemed to be as much answer as Shaisha was going to give. Lucinia laughed softly. "If there is a chair large enough for Darth Xevious, I think a single chair should be large enough for you too, my dear."

She paused as the attendants worked on her makeup. "I... oh." She murmured as they worked on her characteristically red lips, leaving them bare. They, too, were rather pale. Lucinia frowned into the mirror; she normally put it on not long after waking up.

This was a strange experience.

"Goodness, darling," Dayana blurted out over Lucinia's remark about Darth Xevious. She then gripped one of the attendant's wrists and said, "Mind the towel."

She relaxed back in her seat afterwards with a sigh. "No wonder you arranged for this then. Have to make sure your grand debut is perfect."

[Shelzais Sek]

"Not that one really needs an excuse, right?" Shelzais chuckled, wiggling her toes pleasurably as a Dark Aesthetician of the Sith massaged cleansing oil across her cheekbones. Without her own dramatic makeup she did look a bit softer and younger, but still fundamentally Shelzy. She was a woman who had no fear of being naked, literally or figuratively... at least at the right moments.

"Besides, maybe they'll fill the other seat with someone else young, and you'll be saved from spending the rest of your mortal life arguing with nobody but dour old men." This was not, of course, a completely accurate description of the current Council. It did accurately convey Shelzais's subjective feelings about the whole institution, however.

Opting for light makeup herself, Shaisha felt comfortable with it being stripped away by the Dark Aesthetician of the Sith (thanks Shez xD), and she let out a pleased sigh over the treatment.

"It would be terrible to start out my rise to power with dull skin," she said with a small laugh, knowing how Shelzais liked that kind of humor. "But goodness, yes, I hope whoever takes the other seat will be someone young! Those coffin-dodgers on the current council are a bit too old and stale in some cases; my master deserves credit for not being a dour old man."

"But what will you ladies be occupying your time with in these coming days?"

[Shelzais Sek]

"Oh, what do I ever occupy my time with?" Shel sighed, rather theatrically. "I'm waiting for some dull financial business to be taken care of before I can take myself back to some more exciting part of the galaxy. I suppose I'll just have to entertain myself as best I can while I'm grounded here."

The Dark Aesthetician of the Sith paused deferentially in her work to allow the customer to finish speaking.

"I might put together another little soirée tomorrow night at the marina. Just a small thing, to pass the time," Shelzais added "Nothing like Tayana's kind of party, of course," before gesturing to let the aesthetician know she was ready for the next step.

Lucinia's chin tilted upwards; only a little, though, as she didn't want to disturb the work being done on her face. "I intend to continue the sort of research that I do on Korriban. Examining Sith relics and lore, both from a scholarly and an archaeological perspective, if you understand the distinction."

She sighed as she felt the various ointments begin to do their work. "This is rather pleasant, isn't it?"

"It appears that we are all here for different matters. I too am here for political matters, though I have no intention of taking any position among the Dark Council. No, matters regarding my House's holdings must be addressed here at the capital.

"Plus, I do need to rekindle old relationships."

[Lucinia Malveaux]

"Oh?" A brief pause as Lucinia's eyes were fully covered. She swallowed, her ears adjusting to being her primary sensory organ. Of course, there was still the Force... Lucinia reached out, pinpointing each of the others in the room.

"I assume you don't just mean me. Anyone I should be meeting?" She asked, wincing as her alto voice seemed a little too loud. It wasn't; it just felt that way to her.
