A grand durasteel slab of mostly submerged cuboid distorts the shoreline of the ocean in relative proximity to Varas Point. Both secluded and accessible, it is a unique spot for being immersed in the wilds of Ziost without losing touch with civilisation.
Unfathomable about its content from the outside, the strange building hosts a lot inside. It serves as personal estates of Lord Bellious, and that section is off-limits without invitation, but also as a hunting lodge for those seeking thrill of exposure to the wildlife of the planet as well as those who wish to conduct private business without extensive scrutiny of Imperial municipal authorities. Indoor entertainment is as available as outdoor adventures, with the undersea bar all in transparisteel, letting the guests juxtapose the cruel severity of marine wildlife with the daring secessionist furnishings of the insides. The place is never short on high-voltage drinks, exotic dishes from hunted-down game, bewitching vocalists and smooth ambience just as beasts of the depths swirl beneath your feet.
A part of the premises is near-permanently occupied by a Mandalorian host, and they come and go as they please, with landing pads and speeder stables available to them. The place is the fulcrum of their hunting and drinking parties that are a stuff of legends even a picky Sith would be remiss not joining. But it also can serve as a site of quiet negotiations for those more business-minded or those who have dealings with xenos. Aliens are not ostracised as long as they can take care of themselves; who is the hunter and who is the prey is judged on merit, not race. A presence of Massassi or Trandoshans as either hunting assistants or bouncers in addition to Mandos signals the expected levels of personal resilience if friction occurs.
One shouldn't delude oneself that this place is not under various forms of surveillance; it just comes in many guises. It is as much a haven for agents and Imperial spies as it is for those who try to escape their attention. There's high possibility that the cuboid is utilised in many other ways than just a retreat for cruel and sybaritic indulgence. What else? it is up to your keenness to notice it.
The place is called La Belle Époque.
