Players/NPCs can post their residence if they have an apartment or hotel room or even a massive estate.

Czerka has rented a penthouse apartment in the Shadow-View towers complex, a fancy building for the nouveau rich. Whether Jan persuaded them to do this for her own personal comfort or not is unknown (but have you ever slept in an emperor sized bed?!?!)

The spacious living arrangements include considerable inhouse catering and cooking, top of the line security arrangements and most importantly, a wall to hang her guns on.

If you would like to see how Czerka can make you the Sith lord of tomorrow. If you need a shoulder to cry on. If you need some...special modifications to your weapons or armour. Just call on Jan at 001 Shadow-View today!

While The main Abasi compound is in New Adrasta Jaheem has been given one of the family's holdings out on Varas point. The mansion is of obvious quality and once was a lavish home it is now simply one of security. His parent's don't understand why he had cancelled many of the contracts and services the mansion had running but they allow him to run it as he sees fit. It is still an immaculate and impressive place but now has more trappings of utility over flair, functionality over style. He still occasionally entertains and while other nobles aren't blown away by the place they respect the craftsmanship of everything in the home.

La Belle Époque

A grand durasteel slab of mostly submerged cuboid distorts the shoreline of the ocean in relative proximity to Varas Point. Both secluded and accessible, it is a unique spot for being immersed in the wilds of Ziost without losing touch with civilisation.

Unfathomable about its content from the outside, the strange building hosts a lot inside. It serves as personal estates of Lord Bellious, and that section is off-limits without invitation, but also as a hunting lodge for those seeking thrill of exposure to the wildlife of the planet as well as those who wish to conduct private business without extensive scrutiny of Imperial municipal authorities. Indoor entertainment is as available as outdoor adventures, with the undersea bar all in transparisteel, letting the guests juxtapose the cruel severity of marine wildlife with the daring secessionist furnishings of the insides. The place is never short on high-voltage drinks, exotic dishes from hunted-down game, bewitching vocalists and smooth ambience just as beasts of the depths swirl beneath your feet.

A part of the premises is near-permanently occupied by a Mandalorian host, and they come and go as they please, with landing pads and speeder stables available to them. The place is the fulcrum of their hunting and drinking parties that are a stuff of legends even a picky Sith would be remiss not joining. But it also can serve as a site of quiet negotiations for those more business-minded or those who have dealings with xenos. Aliens are not ostracised as long as they can take care of themselves; who is the hunter and who is the prey is judged on merit, not race. A presence of Massassi or Trandoshans as either hunting assistants or bouncers in addition to Mandos signals the expected levels of personal resilience if friction occurs.

One shouldn't delude oneself that this place is not under various forms of surveillance; it just comes in many guises. It is as much a haven for agents and Imperial spies as it is for those who try to escape their attention. There's high possibility that the cuboid is utilised in many other ways than just a retreat for cruel and sybaritic indulgence. What else? it is up to your keenness to notice it.

The place is called La Belle Époque.

The alien known as Rumun has rented a rather unimpressive room in the less wealthy and prominent part of Varas Point. Surrounded by the old buildings from the time this city was a fishing port, the place and its nearby buildings are used by the commoners that work on the resort and other luxury places in the city.

The place has one living room, a bedroom and a refresher. Nothing fancy. The only thing that is different is that the room's ceiling is high enough that it can be used by the tall duro without any problems.

Among the larger vehicles in the Varas Point marina is a comfortably appointed medium-sized hoverbarge, christened the Wild Ride in rather stark contrast to its lumbering top speed.

Its current tenant is one Shelzais Sek, and in its capacity as a sort of amphibious houseboat it rarely moves much, except for occasional evening cruises down the shoreline. To the annoyance of neighbors, music and lively (or raucous) conversation often emanate from its upper deck, especially at night.

Sarron's place is a nice quaint housing unit alongside of the beach, chosen not out of comfort or its beauty, but the necessity of access to the ocean to maintain a proper cooling agent for his laboratory. Otherwise, it is met with some standards of living, as well as 2 bedrooms, for himself and his apprentice. Attached to the side is a small servants quarters for his servant, Shoza, a Arkanian Offshoot who helps maintain the house to some acceptable standard of living.

Below the building itself is a laboratory and medical facility in which access is restricted. Within lies his alchemical tools, research materials, and who knows what other things within.
