I hate it when my schwartz gets twisted! [D4, MM]

Xyll was not in a good mood. She had lost a fight she *shouldn't* have, after all. And had lost an apprentice to boot. That one could be retrieved at a later time, but first she had to ensure she was in top condition. There was... a lasting bit of pain in her lower back... it would need to be taken care of.

She could've picked a physician closer to home, truth told... but she had heard good things about this one. At least she was *pretty* sure it was this one. Thus, she made her presence known at the front door.

It takes a few moments, but a slender looking white-skinned woman appears at the door to greet the Sith before her.

She gives a few moments to glance her over and noticing the lightsaber at her hilt, looks up at her with a smile. "Oh, my lord...did not expect another Sith so soon. My master must be popular. Have you a appointment with Sarron, miss?"

They tended to never have a appointment with him lately, mostly because she was the one to keep track of such things she knew he didn't. Still, she really roughed up, to say the least.

Wouldn't hurt to let her down there.

She looked the woman over. It seemed white hair was in this season; but Xyll knew she had been the original white-haired one.

Despite her injuries, which were still substantial despite the brief kolto treatment, Xyll seemed quite in charge of herself and her surroundings.

"I am the Emperor's Witness," she said, "I don't need appointments."

She didn't really know what that title actually meant, but since it was title with the name 'Emperor' in it, it must mean something important. Shoza smiles and opens the door wider. "Of course, my lord. Allow me to lead you the way. He's right downstairs in his facility."

With that, she begins move across the room and to the staircase at the end of the hallway.

"Excellent," she followed the woman.

Leading down to lower floor was a different site than the first. Rather than a more homey feel of the first floor, the second floor was scattered with notes set aside in different areas. Keeping to his notes, the tall man looks over at the noise of his servant entering and seeing the new person here. He had taken a good look at her, and sure enough, it was that woman from the party last night who decided to punch up, inadvertently getting his test subject killed in the process.

Still, it wasn't her fault; he was just too stupid to live.

He placed down his tool and his goggles and walked towards the woman starting at her with his eyes. "Hmm...looks as if you had the wind knocked out of you, then. Which is lucky, as it could have been a lot more serious." He didn't really give her much time to respond. He looked down at her, which wasn't hard thing for most people, and glanced her over.

"Hmm...I would...assume your ribs are bruised at this point. Would that be a fair suspicion?"

She was about to respond to his first comment when he continued on with a question.

"...Yes," she said. "A minor inconvenience imposed on me by another minor inconvenience. I assume you can bring me back to a 100 percent without needing to put me back into some kolto tank contraption?"

He gives one look over at her and nods. "I should be able to, yes. Assuming there aren't any complications." He looks over to Shoza and nods. "Bring my bag for me, Shoza. As for you..." He walks himself to a large chair on the side of the room then gives it a pat to motion her to come. "First step is to deal with the immediate soreness before I treat the ripcage. Normally I charge 50 credits for the a stimpack shot, but given your status, if you have a stimpack on you, I'll just use that and wave the fee. Your ribs are more of my concern, anyways." Shoza returns, placing a bag next to Sharron and nods before walking away.

"Have you had any trouble breathing since you regained consciousness?"

She produced a stimpack and held it out.

"A slight wheeze... perhaps."

It had been a little bit more than that, but one didn't show weakness.

Walking over to her, he grabbed the stick from her hand and walks back to the chair to the bag, pulling out a pair of four fingered gloves and looks on. "Sit down, please."

He didn't think he needed to spell it out for her, but then again, she was only human.

"I think only a single shot will be needed in this regard. Much less painful than treating it normally. Your ribs, however, are going to require more attention. What's important is that you keep breathing normally as you recover. Even if it hurts to do so, and it will. Infection and mucus buildup can occur if limit your breathing while it is bruised."

"Fine," she said, a tad impatient, "Just so long as it gets fixed quickly. I can ill-afford to be coughing in the emperor's presence."

As she sits down, he immediately places his hands around the bruised area and begins to feel around it, putting pressure on her ribcage, causing a bit of pain for his patient.

"There...it is." He nods and immediately jams the stimpack into her, injecting her with its healing goodness.

(+6 wounds back)

Removing the stimpack from her body, he drops the empty casing to the floor in a uncaring manner. "Now, onto your ribs..." He returns to his bag and begins to pull out a few more things.

She sat through the procedure without complaint. Physical endurance had never been her strength, but a bit of discomfort was nothing for a sith.

"You are Arkanian," she said. It wasn't really a question. There was a hint of... something... in her voice. Disapproval, perhaps, but it was not quite like the usual Sith racism.

He looked on at her and nodded his head. "Indeed I am." He had been used to the usual condensation from the lesser races. He was just wise enough to not let it get to him. After all, ones superior intellect would hardly mattered if the barbarians have the numbers and are at your gates.

"Rest assured, our race is well suited for your medical needs. We are all taught at a early age about human biology, as it is similar enough to our own."

"Indeed? Your kind were always known for their sciences, I believe. Though I may have read about one or two... noteworthy... individuals who were famed for other matters."

He turned back to her with a few medical devices in his hands. "I'm sure. My race has played many roles, both for the Republic and the Sith, not to mention our own interests."

He placed his hand on her stomach again, feeling the area around her once more. "Hmm...splintering it would be the best option if you wish for the best results of healing. However, something leads me to believe you may be needing more mobility sooner, rather than later."

"Arca Jeth, comes to mind," she said, to the former matter, "The quickest solution, if you would," to the latter.

"Ahh yes..." He nods expectantly. "A Arkanian of great power. It is often why we blend our genetics with the Sephi. It can lead to prominent powers within the Force. My apprentice also shares in their blood, as does my servant over there." He glanced around the area for a few moments before returning.

He looked on, feeling around her ribcage as if looking for something. "Though she is not a true Arkanian."

The damage would probably not be too difficult to find for a skilled practicioner of the medical arts.

"And do they share in those powers as well? Or just the blood?"

"My apprentice does, obviously." He nodded. "She would not be my apprentice if she was not." He motions to Shoza. "She does as well, but nothing worth cultivating."

Finally placing his hands on the culprit rib bone, he lifts up her robe slightly to expose the rib cage itself. "That's the one..." He paused and poked it. "Slightly cracked. Must have been from the impact on the ground. Going to need to inject you with a solution that will speed up the bones healing process. It will be directly going into the bones and it will not be pleasent. Do you wish to numb the pain before I start?"
