Ziost - Crown of the Sith Empire

Mahr was stretching in the training room, towering over most workout apparels. He could not help looking at the devices with degree of disdain. Preparing for a fight was not as precise as these machine's salesman would let you believe.

He hissed dismissively, waiting for someone.

The Massassi Queen arrived with the female hybrid he met earlier and said, “Champion, it is good to see you, what has to be said is of great importance to the people.”

“There is a time for all things and mine is approaching and we must secure the future of the Massassi.”

The queen's arrival was unexpected but Mahr had been disciplined properly and thus stood at attention when she had appeared.

''IT ALWAYS IS AN HONOR TO SPEAK WITH YOU, MY QUEEN.''

Mahr frowned as the rest of the words hit him. There was worry in his eyes

''SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR MAJESTY?'' he said anxious ''MAHR IS READY TO KILL''

Giyanzi spoke up, “She is dying, and the question is why?”

The Queen replied, “My transformation was never a permanent solution, even with the sacrifices made I have lived my life and now I must accept that I must rest. This body will fail… is failing.”

“I will need a powerful successor, one that can guide the Massassi and the hybrids into the future. To that end I have chosen the both of you to be my successors.”

It took some time before Mahr could register what his Queen had just said.

When it did it hit him harder then any monolith. He wavered for an instant, needing the support from one of the machines to stay straight.

Did they displease the Red God? Had they not slain enough in his name? Or this simply to pass no matter what they did?

The warrior's shoulder slumped as if he had just been defeated.

"Mahr will do the Queen's will, always." His eyes were glossy "When will the Queen leave us?"

"I can feel it, it will be sooner than I like my Champion," she said confidently.

"I will not cower from death, I have suffered it before."

She was a warrior queen, strength was to be expected and Mahr will have to support it.

"Until it is time to go, Mahr will remain devoted to you my Queen."

He knelt before her and looked up, sorrow in his eyes soon replaced by the flame of an unyielding fervor

"DOES THE QUEEN HAVE SOMETHING MAHR CAN DO FOR HER BEFORE SHE GOES? MAHR WILL DO ALL SHE COMMANDS, KILL ALL SHE WISHES!"

"Kill the Emperor so the Massassi have a future," she commanded.

Mahr stood up and smashed his fist on his chest

''MAHR WILL OFFER YOU HIS HEAD AND RIP HEART OUT! THE QUEEN'S WRATH WILL BE KNOWN TO BE STRONGER THEN ANY EMPEROR!''

“The fate of the massassi will rest on your shoulders, both of you,” she said with a nod.

“I will have my own task to undertake.”

"HOW CAN WE PREPARE? DO WE HAVE TIME?" asked the warrior

"THE EMPEROR IS POWERFUL"

“Gather warriors you trust, tomorrow we make our move though it will be where the Emperor least expects. Victory or Death, my Champion,” she responded.

Guyanzi nodded, "Our people will be ready, my Queen."

"MAHR WILL GET CLOSE AND WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME" he added

"SHOULD ONE OF US FAIL THE OTHER MUST SURVIVE."

“We will be striking at his heart, we go into battle together my Champion,” she said proudly.

She goes into more detail detailing a location in Old Ziost that houses an object vital to the Emperor and that securing it will be important to his destruction. All that matters is getting this relic.

(OOC: when will that be? I got into the court thread thinking it'd be there)

OOC: That is fine, timey winery things she can have Giyanzi and others with her for her mission.
