He tilted his head, "Yes... there of course is some dissonance between their approaches. The Empire is nothing if not filled with Sith possessed by megalomania assured of the legitimacy of their own path. Are you concerned of how their paths conflict with yours? Or...?"
“I am concerned with their intent, more so the former than the latter,” he said in reply.
“I presume the Steel Valkyrie, a ridiculous moniker but I digress, is still pursuing her crusade to make the Empire better, an Idea I can agree with in theory.”
He nodded, "There is very little deception in Kristal. She says what she intends to do, and then does it. One will either stop her or she will overcome them... it is a fairly simple calculus."
He then tilted his head, "Malgus is less transparent... and so you are looking for me to inform you of his intentions in exchange for your support?"
“I did not say spy, simply keep me informed of their actions, a minor difference. In exchange I can help alleviate the situation your system is facing,” he responded.
“I know there is discussion of dispersal of supplies and good coming to Imperial Court, I can make sure no matter the outcome that your system is given the supplies needed,” he said thoughtfully.
"Military reserves, medical supplies to last perhaps five years, and additional food surplus redirected to those deserving masses."
"You are wise to do so... Though you have no need of me telling you that." He said with a chuckle.
He paused for a moment before adding, "It is odd to be speaking to you like this after these years. I hope that your new apprentice Ms. Khalan is performing up to your liking. She has great potential in her."
