Ziost - Crown of the Sith Empire

Work upon the Serasai estates were proceeding apace, many of the more central rooms were redone and repaired of the damages that had been done to it when Kristal's mother was attacked and the further damages that time had upon it during her absence. Though, it was far from a home to raise a child in just yet. Many of the less functional, practical, rooms were left in their sorry state to ensure that the estates were operational for Kristal's needs during her time here upon Ziost. Chief among these concerns was the addition of a command room from where she might organize her people for the days ahead.

With their assignments carefully laid out some days prior it was time to finally address what discoveries might have been made and bring her own information to the table. All to find a way forward, one that would allow her the service to the Empire and a chance upon claiming a seat so she might do all the more.

Awaiting her companions Kristal stood at the center of the command room, staring at a large holo-projector. Arms crossed loosely over her chest she stood uncommonly still. Preparing herself for the days events ahead.

The crew assembled, even Bur, sipping some kaff.

"I would receive briefings from each of you on your assigned tasks," she said, addressing the room, "you may proceed when ready," she looked around the room.

OOC: LOL refresh me on their tasks again.

[OOC:Harad was asked to speak with anyone he knows on planet, keep an ear to the ground. Bur was to get himself ingratiated and poking around in the underbelly of Ziost, bringing her back info.

Others were support, no need for them to report, Weaver was assigned to accompany Kristal places.]

Harad responded, “I have renewed my contacts and all eyes are on the Dark Council though many seem impressed with the way that Darth Malgus is cleaning up this mess with the Eagle. I have to admit I appreciate his efforts to bring this criminal down.”

Bur added, “I got my people, and if anything happens I will know.”

"Excellent," she said.

"Darth Malgus, his information does not come at a cost but at a benefit to those who would seek him out. More so than simply the benefit of the Empire. It is information I have, and will, use when it comes to the benefit of the Empire but I have my concerns. It is unlike a Sith to do something for the charity to the Empire, less so to pay others to do it in his name, unless there is another goal in which he seeks. Monitor that," she said, moving about the room and finding herself a new place in which to address those gathered.

"My investigations into the matter for Lord Grathan has directed me to a Captain Balmung, a trace I had picked up once Malam Gil appeared to have already been picked up by a Cipher. This Cipher offered me the understanding of how these shipments have been going missing, and that Malam Gil, for all his apparent suspicion, is not the man that I seek."

"So we done tracking Malam, then?" Bur asked.

"He is not a priority," she said, "but allow a thought or two in his direction. There is something else going on surrounding that man, and if aught is to happen I would appreciate knowing quickly."

Bur agreed, "So business as usual, Sith."

"Business as usual," she returned the comment.

"If there are any other concerns, at this present moment, I would address them now. Otherwise, you are dismissed."
