Bex Company and their allies had brought down monoliths and chased one out of the region, an accomplishment that no other unit could claim without heavy armor support. Sure they had some Sith allies but it was a victory and it was Ensign Pierce that had organized the matter and it was Be that was reaping the accolades.
Pierce did the only thing he knew he should do, reward his soldiers and allies with a raucous party of beer, cooking out in the snow, and camaraderie of the massassi hybrids with his troops.
Despite the celebration there had been losses and Pierce had put out a collection for the fallen soldiers.
OOC: Optional but a player can contribute 100 credits to the collection if they so choose.

Ilar's funds were low, but a better cause he could not think of. He proudly transferred 100 creds to the account details on the donation box.
"My commiserations on the loss of such fine men. I hope this will help a little in providing for their families. It is through their constant sacrifice that we can all feel a little safer against the rebel forces. Thank you."

Remmington arrives at the party. He thanks Ensign Pierce and his crew for all their hard work and for the invitation to the party. He offers his apologies that he cannot really spare any credits at the moment due to some expensive medical fees and equipment upkeep costs. He hopes that Ensign Pierce is alright with a donation some time a bit later.
/ Not sure if this is an option but will be willing to make that donation later if that is acceptable.

It was a coin flip whether Alister would attending the gathering tonight or not, but the topic of taking a collection for the fallen in the hunt made the decision for him. His family supported the military, many of then were members, and the talk of donations made skipping a impossibility.
He moved towards the collections table soon after entry, Vair'ea in tow and put in a rather substantial donation in the pot. It was more then was asked for, but sometimes you had to just give that little extra. Right?
((Donating 500 credits))

The shortest aspirant made an appearance as well.
As Pierce was doing the round to pick up a collection, she took the time to speak with him. "My condolances on the loss of your men, ensign. Hopefully in the future, there won't be a need to put up a collection for the fallen soldiers' and their families. The Empire should do that much for those in their service."
And putting her money where her mouth was, in an almost literal way, Shaisha put in a hefty donation.

Donation: 1,000 credits.

Ensign Pierce responded as he grilled some meat and said, “Well my Lord, you do what you need to do, we plan to use these donations for the families if you don’t have it… well I suppose your thoughts and prayers will have to do.”
He flipped some meat and added, “It’s a donation, either you give or you don’t.”

"Lord Tenebrous." Alister greeted the Sith woman as she stepped away from the donation table. He'd ignored the male Sith Lord who wished to tell the entire room that he was poor.
"Enjoying your evening?"

Sylvain was also in attendance after hearing of the company’s success. He was pleased that things appeared to be improving since he had spent that morning helping them with their exercises. He donated generously but discreetly as he found a place to enjoy a moment of respite.

1000c to the Bex-ers.

Xyll showed up; a little amused by the fact it was the soldiers who were claiming the victory when it had been the Sith who had taken out the biggest and baddest of them all. Oh well, yet another example of male ego at work; all that hunting seemed to bring out the primitive part of the male brain.
She tossed in some credits when the collection plate came her way.
(100 credits for bex)

Jun-Tsu was perhaps not a face that anyone was expecting at such a gathering. And, indeed, her flowing black robes and ornate headdress did cause her to stick out from the crowd, but upon hearing that a Monolith had been killed she knew she needed to come. She needed it, and this was the best place to find out where the carcass had been taken. So, she made her appearance, milling about the gathering, offering token support to the cause.
(100 credits donated)

The Bex company had earned Mahr's respect. They were warriors and despite the lack of power they had shown true strength in their resolve and dedication.
''MAHR DOES NOT HAVE MUCH'' he said to bossman Pierce ''BUT FALLEN WARRIORS NEED TO BE HONORED. MAHR WILL TELL OF THEIR SACRIFICE TO THE QUEEN.''

Lord Rath wasn't going to pass up this party either. He approached Pierce and offered his hand.
"You've done a great job. Turned the reputation of your unit around. That's commendable Ensign. Be proud."
Pulling out a credit chip he added 500 credits to the collection. Before he went off to join the celebration he added: "Oh yeah. Two things. First, you should use a monolith head as your company symbol. Put that big one up on display or something. Second, you need upgraded weapons, come to me. I can hook you up."
(OOC: 500 credits to the fund, and possibly other stuff)

Jo'ren shrugged. "Ought to be that way. It's not always the case though is it. We need more like you."

Jun-Tsu approached Xyll, having not had any chance to speak with her since their early outing to Old Ziost. Offering a deep curtsy to the Sith Lord, she bowed her head, "Lord Nyx, vould you indulge zhiz v'one vith a vew minutez of your time?"

"Enjoying your evening?"
"Mr. Dravvad, such a surprise," she gave him a brief smirk. It seemed the scientist was coming out of his lab more and more now.
"It's pleasant enough. Been a while since I spent time like this with soldiers... reminds me of my time before becoming a Lord." There had been plenty of times on Nar Shaddaa when she had slummed it with the regulars in the cantinas.
"And you? Hardly your kind of scene."
