[Dapper Dog]

The hovering platform of the Dark Council houses the current ten, often nine members as the Voice stands with the Emperor, and it is large enough to comfortably seat them and a small retinue of aids. If one wishes an audience with them they can take a hover platform up to the Dark Council and speak to them directly or simply use a holoprojectopr in the chamber as well.

If the Emperor is not present for Court then it is the Dark Council that calls and adjourns court for the day.
