Where may we buy stuff [gear, mods, cybernetics, ship parts, etc] that is not Black Market?

For Talents/Abilities that lower Rarity, may we find some dealer who may have the item that normally is not available?

Any places we can search for salvage/parts?

I am not worrying about salvage, buy your materials. You have jobs already, serving the Empire.

There are shops on the promenade, and if you can lower rarity then that is fine, that usually also includes an increase in price though if I recall the talent correctly.

I didn't see anything about an increase in price related to that. Just something related to lower the Difficulty of it. I'll check that again.

Do other Sith count as nobles in the Empire? Mainly for Noble Regalia: downgrade difficulty of social checks once when interacting with other nobles or their subordinates.
