Kristal entered the chamber and accepted the Servants challenge. Displaying her knowledge, but it wasn't enough to impress, the tide was simply against her in this matter. As such, she declared her intent:

The Wrath glanced to he Emperor who shrugged and his approval. He descended to the level that Kristal waited and said, “So be it.”

OOC: Cool for Initiative. You begin at Short Range, The Wrath has Adversary 4 and Defense 1. Triumph will give him a Free maneuver before start of combat, using Dark Pips for successes so 5 successes and 2 advantage.

"Perhaps you will claim another Serasai today," she said, walking to her position and shrugging off the cloak she wore over her armor.

The Wrath advanced quickly and their lightsabers clashed before the Emperor with resounding sparks before his shoulder knocked her off balance and he landed a vicious slash that broke through her defenses.

OOC: 17 wounds, Breach 1, on Kristal, 1 advantage due to Superior generates Critical Injury, utilized free maneuver before Init for Aim, then Moved to Engage. Adversary 4, Defense 1, will use GM Destiny to upgrade attack against him.

Seizing the opportunity granted by the slash, Kristal through the searing pain granted her by the lightsaber wound, she beat his blade back to the side and gave herself some space, some breathing room, and saved her skin a bit more of a grazing.

Striking back she made a valiant effort, but the wound, it drained on her and turned what might have been a solid strike to break his defense into one that offered her only the breath of space to center her mind a bit more.

The Wrath continued as their blades clashed once more he feinted and then drove the energy blade home before kicking her back and preparing a second final strike but the Force was not with him as he missed…

OOC: Aim utilized, hit for 12 wounds Breach 1, 3 advantage, 1 to generate critical Injury another to activate "I have you now..." adding +20 to the Critical Injury, last to grant next ally a boost die. Triumph used to knock Kristal Prone. Second strike missed with 3 Threat.

Kristal is of good enough mind that as he drives the blade home she is able to deflect it just enough to the side that it causes less damage than it otherwise might have, digging deep into her side but not her core. After that, however, there was naught more she would remember as her body succumbed to the trauma.

The Wrath looked down at her briefly and then finished it with and then returned his Lightsaber to his hip and made his way back up the stairs. He crossed his arms and continued his silent vigil at the side of the Emperor.

Laid on the floor, finally, the lightsaber of a long forgotten, recently remembered, and now dead Jedi rolled free from Kristal's grip and unto the floor before the seat of the Empire.

Smoke rose from the core, it's flame was extinguished, and so was hers.
