[D1 EM Sinea's Apartment] Crone Into My Home

Sinea fussed about with the last bits of the apartment, reviewing everything to make sure that it was all up to snuff for when her guest arrives. This would be a rare occasion...she hasn't met her master in quite a few months, and with all kind of hanger ons of Arya coming out of the woodworks, it always paid to remind Arya who was her best, prettiest apprentice.

[Dapper Dog]

The Crone arrived without much of an entourage. She eschewed her walking stick for a floating chair, much easier on her back was her explanation. Once inside she cackled lightly and once her guard found privacy assured the cackle turned to light lyrical laughter.


She stepped from her floating chair and smoothed out her gown.

“Apprentice, it seems an age since last we spoke,” Arya said calmly.

Sinea smiled, holding two glasses of an amber liquid in her hand. "Certainly has been master. How much you had to work to get that cackle just right?"

[Dapper Dog]

“Oh it took ages,” she mused accepting the glass.

“I trust you will have no issues working with the Witches of House Farro?” Arya questioned.

[Sinea Okatesh]

Sinea shrugged as she indicated towards the leather couch (authentic Trandoshan leather, she was assured, once). "They are a superstitious lot, but they sitll possess power that cannot be ignored. I will work with them, or I will fail. I prefer to avoid the latter."

She smiled as she seated herself. "So Master, what do you think of this little gathering here on Ziost?"

[Dapper Dog]

“I think it is a waste of time,” she said flatly.

“It will attract children who see something shiny and they will bark loudly and posture and kill each other for a seat that they think will make them all powerful. But it is what it must be.”

She sat and added, “And we shall endure.”

Sinea sipped her own liquid....wine from Dromund Kaas, in both their cases.

"That certainly seems to be one sentiment going through. Nonetheless, since we are already here, I have plans to make use of this occasion." She placed her glass down for the time being. "Master, we have been apart for too long, and your apprentices just seem to be growing. I'll fear I'll be ignored at this rate."

[Dapper Dog]

“I have had many apprentices, each is given the attention they have earned if you demand more of my time, then make sure to not waste it. Jealousy should drive you to excel,” she said simply.

[Sinea Okatesh]

Sinea smirked. "And that is why I am here." She leaned forward, locking gazes with Arya. "I hope Vas is progressing well in her studies. Last session her potential was growing faster than ever." She chuckled. "Though to turn back to this little distraction, we could make use of it for our own goals." She smirked. "Someone to support the...right agenda. Or the right people."

[Dapper Dog]

“Surely you have names you wish to put forward that may be of interest,” she asked.

[Sinea Okatesh]

Sinea smiled. "Surely. Have you met Lord Tenebrous? She is an old classmate of mine, and she is a budding seer as well." She reached for a datapad, and brought up the public info available on Shaisha, though she was sure Arya already knew. "She is in favor of reigniting the war with the Republic, and has her sights set on higher power than just the Council."

[Dapper Dog]

She accepted the datapad but didn’t look and said, “An interesting woman, what do we gain from aligning with her?”

[Sinea Okatesh]

"For one, if we believe that reigniting the war would be good, we get someone who is supportive. Furthermore, we get someone who owes us for our support, and I believe Shaisha has her own code when it comes to that. She has extensive allies with the noble families of the Sith, including the Torsin, Serasai and the Rath bloodlines."

She leaned back and sipped her wine. "Depending on who else would be supporting her, an extension of our own network of allies." She sighed. "What is your goal here, Master? Knowing that would make choosing our support easier."

[Dapper Dog]

“Survival.”

“My visions burn my mind and I know that whatever is transpiring will reveal itself. If you seek to earn greater favor then I have another task for that is beneath me, but not beneath you. I need you to deliver a message to Darth Zash, personally,” she said with a look of pained disgust.

[Sinea Okatesh]

Sinea widened her eyes. "Survival is certainly a concern of mine...for longer than just the duration of this summit." She shifted wordlessly, moving her position. "What would be the message? What would be my favor? And why that look?"

[Dapper Dog]

“I need you to tell her that I have reconsidered her words and she has my tentative agreement. I was, mistaken, and perhaps we can find a way to work together as we once did,” she said bitterly.

“Dress it up if you need to.”

[Sinea Okatesh]

"Well someone sounds sour." She drank a sip of wine. "I can make an effort to dress it up, certainly. You do not seem to be happy to have to make this decision, it seems."

[Dapper Dog]

"I detest being wrong," she hissed.

[Sinea Okatesh]

"Don't we all." Sinea enjoyed seeing her teacher being petulant for once.

"What is my favor for this mission, my darth?"

[Dapper Dog]

“If she does not prove to be a thief a second time, then you can work alongside us as we delve into the secrets of the dark side only the Emperor has deciphered. I suspect that should be enough to give you some incentive,” she said watching her apprentice’s response.
