That got a surprised laugh from Lucinia, one hand coming up to her mouth. "Was that a joke, Lieutenant? How daring." She said, her tone decidedly teasing.

Lucinia entered her information into his commlink, before passing it back, along with hers. "Perhaps I should have yours as well." She pursed her lips. "Do you have any interest in side activities? Nothing untoward, I assure you. But I am often in search of hidden things, and someone who could help fill in a missing step or two could be of great assistance to my work."

"I serve at the pleasure of the Empire. I can lend a hand from time to time." He nodded, looking at the information. Pressing through a call, to hers. "There's mine, my Lord. And I have been known to crack a very occasional joke. They don't land all that often, though." He shrugged.

"My skills are more towards finding and flying."

"Well." One eyebrow went up. "It made me laugh. Although I will admit to having a somewhat esoteric sense of humor."

"This would be in line with service to the Empire." Lucinia waved one hand. "I am a scholar and archaeologist. Finding hidden tombs and recovering the ancient relics within might benefit from someone with your skills, and benefits the Empire as well." She gave a half-shrug. "It benefits me a bit more, but, well, such is the nature of our system."

His smile turned slightly sheepish. "I might not be as useful there as I am in a more... Urban environment. People and what rumors are buried, yes. Outdoors or more... untaned areas? A little perceptive but otherwise, I'm not exceedingly talented there." Honesty when dealing with a Sith was usually the right choice.

"I would do the best to my abilities."

"I see." Lucinia tilted her head, regarding Tyber with a curious look. "Would you consider yourself a flexible man, Lieutenant?"

"I am adaptable. I pride myself on it." He nodded, regarding the Sith.

"Hmmm..." Lucinia considered this for a long moment, her green eyes narrowing. "Perhaps we shall see, Lieutenant."

She smiled, ending the strange moment. "As it happens, much of my work begins in cities. Locals often know a few of the secrets around them, passed down as curious tales. Criminals sometimes use ruins as hideouts." She smirked. "This sometimes goes poorly for them, as with the group that used Lord Esdras' tomb as a base, until his spectre awoke. But the survivors did have an interesting tale to tell."
