Just a reminder for Aspirants that only Step 1 in an Aspirant event is mandatory, 2 and 3 are for extra points but also tend to be much deadlier and dangerous and expect GM use of Destiny.

Once an optional step is started you must see it through, alive or dead.

Then you can do step 2, even if you fail step 1. Once started you must finish step 2.

Then you can do Step 3, even if you fail Step 2 assuming you are not dead or incapacitated.

They are optional but dependent you can only do 3 if you completed 2.
