Indeed in EA, it's a zap and you suffer 2 strain.

Is a Cool roll to recover strain allowed between scenes?

Yep, unless you activated a Force Power like Sense before combat or for a scene.

Well, not yet, but I may still commit an FR via Enhance if it comes up? Maybe at the end of the previous scene?

That would count for both scene then and cost 4 strain if you want to carry it over.

And can't recover strain at the end.

I mean if she wants to try and shoot him go for it, Adversary 3 with 2 Ranged Defense. Going to assume she is at Long range.

Since the utility belt talent is a little vague. Could I use it or a normal destiny expenditure to have my medpac?
