It's via a ranged attack technically so I had assumed so (along with a target for Reflect). Nothing in the ruling for the power says that it isn't (unlike the Harm power).

I only have one upgrade each for range and strength for move, so not that good. My lightsaber attack pool is 2eP+2eA, remove a Setback and get a free advantage. Dam 6, Crit 1. Really wish I boosted my combat more before!
