[Alister Dravvad]

A random apartment in Varas point. It did seem.a bit more clandestine then their last meeting. That didn't mean Alister wasn't a bit worried though. After all last time they had offered a meeting it came with poison attached after all.

Stepping out of the elevator he made his way to the designated room then knocked. Maybe it would be more new faces.

[Dapper Dog]

Inside is a modest apartment for a family perhaps but it was empty and sterile, there is sounds of someone preparing something in the kitchen. There he finds a woman making tea and she said, “Hello, can I interest you in some tea?”

"Tea would be lovely." He paused a moment. "Well, as long as there isn't any poison." He added a slightly amused tone in his voice.

[Dapper Dog]

"Fair point," she said.

"You have nothing to fear, you are more useful to our organization, alive than dead."

[Alister Dravvad]

"Even if I do seem to be the odd man out?" His lips curled into a wry smile. "Every other member of the organization seems to be a lovely young woman. Though I've likely only met a fraction of you at this point."

"Still thank you for the hospitality, tea really does sound lovely."

[Dapper Dog]

“Intimidated?” she mused as she poured him some tea.

“We don’t really consider gender in our applicants, but I can see how my current associates could give you that impression. You will need a new name, consider it a code name if that makes you feel better but a name all the same. We don’t care or worry about your real name.”

“It is useful for working in society but soon you will be no one and everyone.”

[Alister Dravvad]

"Not particularly, too many parties with Sith Lords I suppose. Makes you lose touch with a few thing."

Picking up the cup he took a sip. "A new name then? Should it be something vague like cleverman? Or something more mundane?"

"Or does it even matter which?"

[Dapper Dog]

"There is only one Cleverman," she mused as way of introduction.

"It can be mundane or have some special meaning."

[Alister Dravvad]

"Of course, multiple would just get confusing." He took a sip of his tea and pondered if for a few moments. "I think I'll take a few moments if you don't mind."

"I was wondering though, what were your thoughts on this new Regime?"

[Dapper Dog]

“Stability, whatever the previous Emperor provided this one seems more in tune with our goals of eradicating the Sith and Jedi orders and diminishing their influence in the galaxy. We just have to nudge the right instruments in the proper directions,” she said honestly.

“This potential conflict between Hoshi and the Empress could be a destabilizing effort but it could be worthwhile in preparing the Empire for invasion of the Republic.”

[Alister Dravvad]

He nodded at that. "Getting the Sith and Jedi to fight each other would certainly lower their numbers." So letting them fight did make quite a bit of sense.

"I take it we are to move pieces so neither side completely dominates the other in a attempt to cause the most possible casualties among them?"

[Dapper Dog]

“Yes, our aim is to drive them into conflict to diminish their numbers and expose that they are the root cause for the misery in the galaxy. Easier said than done, but not impossible and with both sides eager for war, our opportunities are numerous,” she said.

“Given your experience with the Sith and connections to the elite we feel that assigning you to operations in Sith space would be beneficial. You have seen firsthand what a powerful force user can do unchecked.”

[Alister Dravvad]

"Yes." The actions if the Emperor were rather telling. "They are extremely dangerous and not just in combat." He shook his head.

"But that makes sense for me to remain in Sith space that us. The current regime wants the people to know the force, and depend on its users. Having people here to stymie those efforts seems wise."

[Dapper Dog]

“That is exactly what we need from you, I knew you would be a good fit… well I had some doubts but they were dispelled after you avoided the poison,” she replied honestly.

[Alister Dravvad]

"Honestly that was easy enough. You didn't so much as shout. 'There is poison in this drink' Yiu did make a man suspicious though. I do find myself rather curious about a different part of that scenario though. Did you intend for me to try and save the lives of the others at the table?"

[Dapper Dog]

“No.”

“But your willingness to try speaks to a certain level of morality and well ambition in the moment that should serve you well in the future. I was impressed that you tried, I am not sure I would have done the same,” she admitted honestly.

[Alister Dravvad]

He nodded, he had expected that answer. "It was a bit self serving as well I admit, being the only one at the table not to randomly drop dead could make it look like I killed them all. I had no idea who they may have as allies, and thus decided to take the more cautious approach. Or at least he thought it had been the more cautious approach.

He paused thoughtfully. "Do you think it worthwhile to seek a position in the goverment of the new regime? Or should I remain on the outside?"

[Dapper Dog]

“if the opportunity arises being within the regime could give us much information but it does mean you will be under higher scrutiny. I would not recommend it for a new agent but you might be capable of balancing that act,” she responded.

“What did you have in mind?”

[Alister Dravvad]

"You are quite right about that." He replied thoughtfully. "I'm not quite sure honestly. Maybe a position in the education department. With that I could help influence what the common citizen would be learning."

[Dapper Dog]

"I like that plan," she responded.

"Subtle and useful."
