Her red lips curled up at the bow. "You do have a way with words, Alister. Perhaps I shall allow you to address me as Lucinia. I think this party isn't so formal as for me to insist on Lady Malveaux.
She glanced around, lips pursing uncertainly. In fact, she wasn't quite sure what one did at these parties.
