[Lucinia Malveaux]

It had been a late night, thanks to all the exploration, travel, and doing her part to serve the Empire. Sort of. As such, Lucinia allowed herself a slightly late start on the morning. A leisurely bath followed by a leisurely breakfast had been just the thing.

Now she sat by the hearth, datapad in one hand, cup of tea in the other. The navy blue bathrobe she wore was fluffy and comfortable, her still-damp blonde hair secured atop her head.

It was a pleasant way to start the day.

[Dapper Dog]

“I hate everything,” Drascovina shrieked and tossed a chair into a wall with the Force.

“What does that even mean?” she added with a desperate tone looking at her comm device.

[Lucinia Malveaux]

One of Lucinia's eyebrows went up as the chair crashed against the wall. "Drascovina, really." She murmured.

Briefly, she tried to go back to her reading, but it didn't seem like Drascovina was going to quiet down anytime soon. With a sigh, she set it aside. "Drascovina, what is going on?" She asked.

[Dapper Dog]

Drascovina at first said, “It does not concern you!”

Then she softened and said, “Fine…”

She tossed her comm device into Lucinia’s lap as she paced with anger in her eyes. “Just look at that!”

On it is a series of messages on screen:

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Lucinia read the series of messages. They seemed so Drascovina. Somewhat cute, definitely nauseating.

"Well." Lucinia finally said. "He can hardly answer you if he's involved in serious fighting, can he? He may not even be in communications range." One shoulder rose and fell in a half-shrug. "I'm sure he'll write back eventually."

[Dapper Dog]

“Or he is probably sidling up to some Jedi temptress with her talk about peace and love… such weakness…” she hissed.

“But what if he is actually hurt? Good for him…” she said she paced. “Or dead! I was supposed to kill him… one day all part of the plan… that’s why I am so upset, because he owes me that! And what does K even me? If he is really hurt then tell me!”

“K, sorry…” she put her hand to her mouth in shock, “Maybe it means sorry I am breaking up with you… the nerve! Well I am breaking up with him first!”

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Lucinia laughed softly. "Some Jedi temptress... Drascovina, Jedi don't do that."

She pursed her lips thoughtfully. "This... 'k, sorry'. I suspect he said that because he was hoping from a different answer from you. But this also tells me that when he is going into danger, perhaps afraid for his life, that he thinks of you." Her lips curled up. "What can we learn from this?"

[Dapper Dog]

She finally found her seat and huffed, “That I should not be concerned.”

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Slowly, Lucinia shook her head. "Oh, Drascovina. No, no." She looked thoughtful. "Well, you shouldn't be too concerned regardless."

She tapped the datapad. "This tells me that he cares about you. That he is attached to you." She tilted her head. "You understand what that means to a Jedi, don't you?"

[Dapper Dog]

“No… not really,” she said dismissively.

“Unless it means I have power over him?” she added deviously.

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Slowly, Lucinia nodded. "It does. Of a sort." She sniffed; it was nothing compared to the power of the Dark Side, of course. "The Jedi are... uncomfortable with attachment. Attachments, they say, can cause a Jedi to behave emotionally, which is of course a path to the Dark Side." She smiled. "You could be that path, my dear."

The smile faded. "Be careful, though. Sith do not have quite the same antipathy towards attachments as Jedi do, but they are still chains."

[Dapper Dog]

“I already broke my chains, I am Sith,” she said with her usual haughty tone.

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Lucinia clicked her tongue at her younger sister. "Oh, is that so? What an amazing thing. For most Sith, it is the work of a lifetime." Her tone was teasing.

After a moment, she smiled, patting the chair next to her. "So, come, tell me more about this Jedi boyfriend of yours. Boyfriends. Sexy minion. Whatever."

[Dapper Dog]

She gave her sister a look that said you can’t be serious but of course she was so she approached and sat again and then said, “His name this idiot Jedi, that I don’t even really care about, is Byron… Byron something… he sounds like an Imperial so his family are probably traitors from some outlying region.”

“Tall, skin like kaff, muscular… I mean if I am going to kiss a Jedi he is going to be a good looking Jedi,” she said with a rare warm smile.

“Almost as good as me with a lightsaber, I let him win that time, gotta stroke the male ego. I think we met… oh some trashy alien restaurant with the two mouthed … ithorians yeah… ugh, vile things. He was so smug, so righteous… I wanted to slap his face immediately.”

“But of course he came crawling to me and asked me to lunch or dinner and well I had nothing better to do,” she said trying to contain a smile.

[Lucinia Malveaux]

"I see." Lucinia said with an amused smile. "It sounds as though you've been doing the right thing so far. Jedi can be both handsome and slappable, can't they?" She didn't want to mention that when she was a teen, she'd thought that Master Orgus was pretty hot. She'd seen him on news programs, and between that jawline and that steady discipline...

Lucinia cleared her throat. "So, what comes next? How are you planning to bring him over to us, hmmm?"

[Dapper Dog]

“I don’t know… do something dark side I guess,” she said honestly.

“Maybe nothing, maybe I do like… like him, only a little.”

[Lucinia Malveaux]

Lucinia laughed. "Well, that sounds like a start."

"Hmmm..." She regarded her sister with tilted head, lips pursed. "So, you 'like' like him? Can you use that?"

[Dapper Dog]

“I suppose I could use,” she paused as her comm device chimed some music and she grabbed it and smiled deviously.

She then said, “Idiot…”

Her smile was broad and she started tapping her communicator as she worked her way towards the kitchen. She said aloud focused on her screen, “Thanks, Luci. Uhuh… got it… oh my Emperor… he is so dumb!”

Lucinia was now alone.

With a sigh, Lucinia, turned back to her datapad. Ah, to be a teen again. No thank you.

Reading through news articles, she came across an image of Orgus. Blushing, she quickly switched to the next article.

Well, her hair would be dry soon, and would get her day properly started. There was a great deal to do.
