Hala ducked under the cover of her shield, trying to protect herself against whatever might have been missed in the dim and dark.

Tyber was quick on his feet, rolling with whatever came their way.

Rook saw it at the alst second a faint red laser light that was broken by one of the squad and then up ahead a turret raised out of the muck and brackish water and began firing at the squad!

OOC: The turrets deal 10 wounds each success reduces that by 1 and soak can be applied.

Hala hissed softly as one of the bolts singed her shin, not currently protected shield.

Well, a turret firing at them meant they had probably lost any element of surprise. A ghostly orange blade ignited from her saber, and deflected away the turret shots fired at her. One scorched her shoulder, but it was minimal.

If possible, can I use the Advantages to be able to use Reflect on the turret shots?

Jan flips behind some cover, frowning at a stinging singe on her sleeve

"....Now this is going to be all sorts of drawn out."
She pulls back at another salvo from the turret before peering out again, hoping someone would destroy the thing before she had to stick her own head out.

Tyber gritted his teeth as he stepped to the side, hissing as blaster bolts tore into his armor. Servos quickly whipped his Quicktrigger into his other hand, as he braced against the wall.

"Kriff!"

The blasts end as it sank back into the murky waters once more and there is silence.

Then they hear someone scream in agony.

"Stay close, stay active." He spoke through gritted teeth, before leading the way down the hall. As he moved, he holstered the goo gun, drawing a stim pack with the aid of the rapid fire servos, and injected it into his system.

[Lord Tenebrous]

Shaisha let her senses heighten to make her more aware of her surroundings, since there did seem to be traps ready for them. Letting Tyber take point, the Sith Lord followed behind him. The orange saber didn't seem to give off much light to betray her presence here in the dark.

Jan peers after the other two.

"...Nobody unnnerved by that? Okay..great....all going well."
She clips her rifle onto her shield, peering through the various scopes as the darkness melts away and the sonic scope starts giving reading through the walls.

"Just be careful Rook, Lord Tenebrous...I'm uh...right behind you."
She gives them enough space so that a thermal detonator would only melt the leads before quietly padding along behind

She gestures with the barrel of her gun.

"Guess that's where we're headed. They've probably heard the turret but a stealthy approach might not be a bad idea still?"

Jaheem hissed as the blaster bolt hit him in the shoulder. It was bad enough that he was trudging through these sewers but now they are booby trapped.
